WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days. (During peak periods, it may take up to 5 days). This gives us the time to prepare the products for shipment as well as the customer to make any modifications on their order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot accept any modifications on the order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
When your order is shipped, you will receive notification of shipment with full tracking information.

Our shipping times are around 5-15 days. All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days. (During peak periods, it may take up to 5 days). As a result, please allow 5-20 days to receive your order.

The time you receive the product relies heavily on the time the shipment needs to clear customs. This varies greatly for each destination country. 

Popular destinations like the United States and the United Kingdom have faster shipping times.

IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN HELP RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Providing your contact phone number when placing an order will help the carrier contact you when your order arrives. It is not required, but it is recommended.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be modified or canceled only during their handling period. After they have been processed and shipped they cannot be modified or canceled. When your order is shipped, you will receive notification of shipment with full tracking information.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. BigBlueCity can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. BigBlueCity will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order once it has been shipped by clicking here.  Write the tracking number you receive when your order is shipped in the search engine to get more info.

I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER BUT IT DOESN'T SHOW ANY INFORMATION?
Sometimes, the courier may delay updating the tracking information, especially if you bought the product recently. Please allow up to 2-5 days since the product is shipped for the courier to update the information. In those cases, there is no need to worry. Your product will arrive on time.If more than one week passes with no tracking information, contact us and we will talk with our courier to track the location of your package.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and United States.

MY COUNTRY IS NOT IN THE LIST OF COUNTRIES YOU SHIP?
To provide better service and delivery times, we have struck deals with carriers that ship fast and efficiently for a specific number of countries. This is the reason why we provide free shipping to most of our products. If you don't find your country, contact us here.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
To save you money we ship our products directly from the manufacturer. These locations include the United Kingdom, China and the United States.

RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us to receive your returns number. Any un-authorized returns may result in refunds being delayed.

If your item is received damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping.

All items must be in an unused re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

If your item is in working condition but you have ordered in error or no longer require the item then we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.

Please include the returns number we provide so that the refund can be properly processed. If you don't include the returns number then we can't guarantee your refund can be processed.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.
